How to submit a Ticket to HostingPanama™

If you are already a customer and need to contact our staff, for Customer service, Tech Support, Billing or any other Issues, the best way to do it is trough a Trouble Ticket. STEPS TO SUBMIT A TICKET:
  1. Log into your control panel at: https://console.hostingpanama.com/cp/login.cgi?_lang=en

  2. Click on the "My Account" Tab (top center).
  3. Click on "Subscritions".

  4. Once here, you might see a list of Opened or Closed tickets. Look above this, and you will see the following text menu: Support Center » Ticket List.
  5. Click on Support Center. (Several options will appear).
  6. Click on Submit a Ticket.
  7. Select the Department of your preference. (Pay special attention to the Operating hours and languages).
  8. And fill in the blank fields.
